4.3 Modifications

Any changes to agreed services must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.

5. Payment Terms

7. Confidentiality

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations in their jurisdiction.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Arbitration under Estonian law if mediation fails

These Terms are governed by Estonian law, and Estonian courts have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
